PetNanny is a Figma-designed app that helps cat and dog owners find trusted carers when they’re away. The app is aimed at pet owners who need reliable, stress-free care and at professional pet sitters looking for an easy way to manage bookings. The design focuses on clarity, trust, and usability, featuring verified profiles, reviews, availability checks, and an intuitive booking flow to make the process smooth and reassuring.
Working on PetNanny taught me the importance of designing for trust and user confidence. I learned how to prioritize clear communication, highlight key information, and create flows that feel intuitive. If I were to do the project again, I’d spend more time user-testing the booking process, refine trust elements like reviews and verification badges, and add micro-interactions to make the app feel even more engaging and reassuring for both pet owners and carers.
